Safari booking terms; For over 21 years, we have been specializing in customized and tailor-made luxury and budget safaris in East Africa countries. We use our expertise and professional partners in the field to plan the ideal safari experience in all countries we operate in. Each safari is different in structure and cost, depending on specific individual needs, desires, interests, and we are committed to being flexible, however, the following terms and conditions apply. 1. Deposit We require a 30% of total safari cost for is required as deposit to confirm reservation as per the requested itinerary and balance payable 45 days prior to the safari or accommodation date. If it’s a last-minute booking, our reservations officer you are dealing with will advise you on the best mode of payment agreeable to you. 2. Cancellation Policy: Safari booking terms & cancellations terms amended: Due to unpredictable Covid-19, we have suspended our below cancellation terms, As from 1st August 2020, all new bookings will be amended or canceled at no cost as long it’s done in 72 hours before the travel date. However, once canceled, a voucher or an official letter with the company letterhead will be issued to defer the same safari to a later date that’s convenient to the client(s). Just in case any cancellation is done, we only charge what hotels charge us and the rest returned to clients less bank transfer charges as indicated below: If cancellation is done, below Safari booking terms: • Between 0-7 days before safari date – 100% is charged. • Between 8 – 35 days before safari – 25% or 50% is charged depending on the lodge/camp. • Between 36 – 60 days – 10% is charged. • 60 days and over – full payment refunded fewer bank charges for the transfer and 2.5% operation cost 3. Method of Payment Payments to be made directly into our bank account through a bank transfer or through a secure online link. However, all payments must be made in full and free of any bank/credit card charges.
