Day 1: Arusha – Tarangire National Park Tarangire National Park lies 120 km south of Arusha. The Park offers a wide variety of wildlife in its area of 2,850 sq. km. Day 2: Tarangire – Nature Walk in Ngorongoro - Serengeti National Park. After breakfast collect all of your belongings ready for departure to Serengeti National Park. Day 3: Full Day Serengeti National Park Serengeti is the oldest National Park in Tanzania and undoubtedly one of the most famous wildlife Destination in the world. Day 4: Full Day Serengeti National Park. (BUSH BREAKFAST) Serengeti provides the highest concentration of animals in the world. Day 5: Serengeti National Park – Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha. The Ngorongoro Conservation Area is a pioneering experiment in multi-purpose land use where the wildlife and Maasai with their livestock coexist and sharing the same protected area.
Day 4: Full Day Serengeti National Park. (BUSH BREAKFAST).
Serengeti provides the highest concentration of animals in the world. Survey estimates indicate an animal population of over 4 million including at least 2,800 lions, 350,000 Thomson‘s and Grant‘s gazelle, 1.7 wildebeest, 500,000 zebras and over 400 species of birds.
Common animals that can be seen here are: Leopards, Cheetahs, Hippos, Buffaloes, Impalas, Elephants, Lions, Waterbucks and Giraffes. Another beautiful full day in the mighty Serengeti National Park, the wilderness and wild animal of the Serengeti circulate like a bloodstream bounding together in a cycle of life and death.
The day starts early in the morning again with the cup of coffee and biscuits. On this day your breakfast will be served at the middle of the wilderness of the Serengeti National Park, served in magic cup at the magical endless plains of the Serengeti.
Take your take with your breakfast before we proceed with the game drive, in the afternoon drive back to the camp for hot lunch followed by a short nap. After a short nap we continue with the evening game drive. Dinner and overnight at Serengeti Bush Tented Camp.
Day 5: Serengeti National Park – Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha.
The Ngorongoro Conservation Area is a pioneering experiment in multi-purpose land use where the wildlife and Maasai with their livestock coexist and sharing the same protected area.
The work of research estimate that about 3 million years ago a volcano bigger than the Kilimanjaro imploded caving itself informing what we see today (The Crater), home of the big Five animals. The Maasai are pastoralists who move widely with their herds of cattle, sheep, goat and donkeys in search of pasture and water.
The Ngorongoro Crater is the central attraction in the region, which is the largest Caldera in the world that has its walls intact. The Crater rim has 610mts below and an area of 304 sq. km, with a diameter of 19 km with the stunning sights.
It is home to hundreds of thousand animals such as Hippos, Elephants, Black Rhinos, Elands, Zebras, Wildebeest, Thomson and Grant`s Gazelles. Higher population of predators, Lions, Hyenas and Jackals. After breakfast we will depart to Ngorongoro crater with the lunch hamper, the drive of two hours will take us to the Ngorongoro crater.
The rest of the day will be spent doing the game drive in the crater before we drive back to the Airport for your International/Zanzibar flight check in. End of our Safari and we wish you a bonne voyage back home.
