Overview

Wondering what a six safari would feel like, tour with us. Visit 5 different exciting locations on this expenditure. This are game drive safaris to Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Lake Eyasi, Lake Manyara National Parks. Experience a bountiful wildlife view across the parks. This include animals like Zebras, giraffes, elephants, wildebeest, buffaloes, hippos, antelopes and gazelles. Larger predatory animals like lions, cheetahs and leopards are also found. Along with the familiar African mammals are approximately 60,000 insect species, 25 types of reptiles and amphibians, around 100 species of snakes and many fish species. Birds are widely represented in Tanzania's Lake Manyara with around one thousand species including kingfishers, hornbills and flamingos. Tourists also get a chance to enjoy other excursions in lake eyasi together with Bushmen and the indigenous Datoga tribes.

Day 1 of Tour

  • After breakfast,we will drive to Tarangire National Park.
  • The park is 120km away from Arusha.
  • Tarangire gets its name from the river that threads its way through the Park.
  • Its the best place to see the Elephants and the Baobab trees.
  • It is famous for its dense wildlife population which is most spectacular from June which is the dry season. During this time thousands of animals (elephants, buffalos, giraffes, elands, hartebeest and wildebeest, zebras) migrate from dry Masai Steppe to Tarangire river looking for water. These are followed by predators like lions and leopards
  • It is also one of the few places in Tanzania where you can find Oryx, Greater and Lasser Kudus and occasionally, some  wild dogs.
  • It is also the birder's paradise with more resident breeding species than any where else in Tanzania. Raptors are everwhere. The Martial and Bateleur eagles, down to the tiny but vicious Pygmy falcon.
  • We will enjoy lunch in the Park and take a late afternoon drive to Lake Manyara for overnight stay.

Day 2 of Tour

  • After breakfast, we will set off for Serengeti National Park via Ngorongoro with picnic lunch, and wildlife game drives enroute.
  • There will be an afternoon wildlife game drive through the Serengeti Central Park.
  • Serengeti National Park is Tanzania’s oldest and most popular. It is a UNESCO world heritage site.
  • Serengeti means endless plain in the Maasai language.
  • Serengeti is famed for its annual migration where approximately two million (wildbeast, zebras, gazelles) roaming beautiful landscapes and  the open plains.
  • Serengeti offers an exotic game viewing experience in the whole of Africa giving you an up-close look of the animals you've only seen on TV Channels like the National Geographic Documentaries.
  • These include but not limited to: herds of buffalo, smaller groups of elephants. giraffes, thousands of elands, topis, kongoni, impalas and gazelles.
  • Dinner and overnight stay at Seronera Camp.

Day 3 of Tour

  • We pause to have breadfast. 
  • Enjoy a senery of outsized ostriches, secretary birds of the open grassland, eagles and vultures soaring above the sky.
  • Also you will have chance to see the crocodiles and hippos in the Seronera and Grumeti rivers.
  • Drive back to the camp for Branch before starts driving to Ngorongoro for dinner and overnight at Simba A Campsite

Day 4 of Tour

  • Early morning breakfast and descent to Ngorongoro Crater.

  • Crater is just a small part of Ngorongoro Conservation Area which offers a whole range of attractions for the adventure traveller.

  • It is the largest unflooded and unbroken caldera in the world. It is 19km in diameter, 610m deep and covers a 304sqkm area.

  • Crater floor accomodates a large resident population of wildlife (around 25,000). These are mainly grazers like wildebeest, zebras, gazelles, bufallos, elands and black rhinos.

  • Also we will have chance to see lions. Lions are abundant with at least 5 prides of between 10 to 20 animals, each defending its own territory.

  • Lunch in Crater and late afternoon drive to Lake Eyasi for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5 of Tour

  • Excursions in lake eyasi for Bushmen and Datoga tribes.
  • The bushmen  are hunters and gatherers while datoga are pastoralist
  • Here you will have chance to have a short walk with bushmen for hunting and collecting roots and fruits
  • Also we will  see their traditional dances
  • Also you will have chance to see Datoga tribe who are blacksmiths(melting metals to make some tools).
  • We will also visit Lake Eyasi.
  • After lunch drive to Manyara for dinner and overnight at Fanaka camp.

Day 6 of Tour

  • Late breakfast then drive to Lake Manyara National Park.
  • Lake Manyara lies in a very dramatic location. It lies between the steep western wall of the rift valley and Lake Manyara itself.
  • From the entrance, the road penetrates a lush jungle like groundwater forest where hundreds strong baboons troops, vervet and blue monkeys are looking for food between the ancient Mahogany trees. 
  • This Park is also famous for its tree climbing lions. These predators spends most of the day resting on Acacia trees that are about 8 meters above the ground.
  • Further along the forest, opens up into woodlands, grassland, swamps and beyond this the Soda Lake itself.
  • The Park also has a variety of birds (up to 400 species) including Flamingos, Pelicans, Storks, Ibis, Comorants, Egyptian Geese, etc.
  • Also the Park has huge heards of Buffalos, Elephants and Giraffes.
  • Lunch will be served in the Park
  • A late afternoon drive back to Arusha.
  • End of tour.
