Our relationship does not end once your bookings are confirmed.

As your departure approaches, we help you prepare with practical guidance, including visa information, final travel details and any last-minute questions.

Once you are travelling, we remain available should you need us.  

Our Safari Planning and Booking Process

Every safari begins with a conversation.

We start by understanding your travel aspirations, interests and expectations before carefully designing an itinerary around you.

1. Initial Consultation & Safari Planning

To begin creating your safari, we charge a US$95 Safari Planning Fee.

This allows us to dedicate the time required to:

• Understand your travel preferences.
• Research the most suitable options.
• Design your personalised itinerary.
• Confirm availability with our trusted partners.

Should you choose to travel with us, this fee is fully deducted from the cost of your safari.

2. Your Personalised Safari Proposal

Using everything we have discussed, we create a detailed safari proposal including carefully selected:

• Destinations.
• Camps and lodges.
• Wildlife experiences.
• Travel arrangements.

We then refine the itinerary together until every element feels right.

3. Booking & Final Preparations

Once your safari is confirmed, we take care of the arrangements and details behind the scenes, including:

• Accommodation bookings.
• Transfers and transport.
• Bush flights where required.
• Travel documentation.

As your departure approaches, we ensure you have everything needed for a smooth and stress-free journey.
