Arrival in Nairobi & Flight to Masai Mara Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, our staff will meet you. If you're already in Nairobi, we’ll pick you up from your preferred location. You’ll then transfer to Wilson Airport for a domestic flight to the Masai Mara. 

Important Information : Baggage limit on thsi flight is 15 kg per person (including hand luggage and camera equipment) in soft bags.

Welcome to the Mara At the Mara airstrip, your driver-guide will meet you and transfer you to Neptune Mara Rianta Luxury Tented Camp. A welcome drink will be served on arrival. Note: Check-in and the all-inclusive package begin at 14:00 hrs. Early arrivals may use the camp’s common areas until check-in.

Afternoon Activities

• Arrival in Masai Mara before 14:00 hrs: Afternoon game drive in the Masai Mara.

• Arrival in Masai Mara after 14:00 hrs: Check in, then choose between a nature walk or a game drive in a nearby private conservancy.

Return to camp for dinner and overnight.

Today promises an immersive journey into the heart of Masai Mara, a full-day game drive that unveils the magic of the wilderness. As the first light of dawn paints the horizon in hues of gold and pink, the awakening of Masai Mara becomes a spectacle to behold. Traverse the expansive savannahs, dotted with iconic acacia trees, as they stretch out before you, providing an awe-inspiring canvas for wildlife encounters. Keep your cameras ready for sightings of the majestic Big Five - lions, elephants, buffaloes, leopards, and rhinoceros - as they roam freely in their natural habitat.

After an exhilarating game drive, immerse yourself in a cultural adventure with a visit to a Masai Village. This authentic encounter offers more than just a glimpse into the lives of the Masai people; it invites you to step into their world, forging connections and fostering understanding. Engage in heartfelt conversations with the locals, as they share stories of their rich heritage and age-old traditions passed down through generations. 

As the day draws to a close, we'll return to the comfort of our accommodation, where a sumptuous dinner awaits. Reflect on the day's adventures as you dine under the starlit sky, surrounded by the untamed beauty of Masai Mara. Then, retire to your cozy tents for a restful night's sleep, rejuvenated and ready for the experiences that lie ahead.

Your final day in the Masai Mara begins with an early morning wake-up. After breakfast, you'll check out of the camp and pick up your lunch boxes prepared by the kitchen.

You'll then head out for a final early morning game drive. The cooler hours of the morning are ideal for spotting wildlife, as many animals are still active and the lighting is perfect for photography. It's a peaceful and exciting way to wrap up your safari experience.

Following the game drive, your driver will take you directly to the airstrip for your flight back to Nairobi. Upon arrival at Wilson Airport, a team member will meet you and transfer you to your hotel or to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, depending on your departure plans.
