Arrival in Nairobi & Flight to Masai Mara Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, our staff will meet you. If you're already in Nairobi, we’ll pick you up from your preferred location. You’ll then transfer to Wilson Airport for a domestic flight to the Masai Mara. 

Important Information : Baggage limit on thsi flight is 15 kg per person (including hand luggage and camera equipment) in soft bags.

Welcome to the Mara At the Mara airstrip, your driver-guide will meet you and transfer you to Neptune Mara Rianta Luxury Tented Camp. A welcome drink will be served on arrival. Note: Check-in and the all-inclusive package begin at 14:00 hrs. Early arrivals may use the camp’s common areas until check-in.

Afternoon Activities

• Arrival in Masai Mara before 14:00 hrs: Afternoon game drive in the Masai Mara.

• Arrival in Masai Mara after 14:00 hrs: Check in, then choose between a nature walk or a game drive in a nearby private conservancy.

Return to camp for dinner and overnight.

Today promises a deep dive into the heart of Masai Mara. As the first rays of dawn delicately kiss the horizon, painting it with vibrant strokes of gold and pink, the awakening of Masai Mara transforms into a breathtaking spectacle.

After breakfast, we’ll pick up the lunch boxes from the hotel, and venture across the vast savannahs, where iconic acacia trees stand as sentinels, casting their elongated shadows over the landscape. These sprawling plains serve as a majestic stage for the myriad of wildlife encounters that await, each moment a testament to the raw beauty of the natural world. Keep your cameras ready for more sightings of the majestic Big Five - lions, elephants, buffaloes, leopards, and rhinoceros - gracefully traversing their ancestral lands.

Following the excitement of the game drive, prepare to delve deeper into the cultural tapestry of Masai Mara with a visit to a local Masai Village. This immersive experience offers a rare opportunity to step into the shoes of the Masai people, engage in meaningful dialogue with the villagers, as they graciously open their hearts and homes to share stories of their vibrant heritage. Each interaction becomes a bridge, connecting separate worlds and fostering a profound sense of understanding and empathy.

As the day draws to a close, we'll return to the comfort of our accommodation, where a sumptuous dinner awaits.

Indulge in a full-day game drive at Masai Mara National Reserve.

Your adventure begins with an early morning wake-up call, where the crisp, fresh air of the Mara gently greets you, as the golden hues of the African sunrise start to illuminate the vast plains. 

The morning hours are particularly magical, offering the best opportunities to witness the wildlife at its most active. Lions returning from their nocturnal hunts, elephants grazing in the dawn light, and perhaps even a glimpse of a cheetah on the prowl—each sighting is a testament to the untamed beauty of the Mara. The experience is enhanced by the comfort of your vehicle, designed to ensure unobstructed views, while the guide shares insights into the intricate ecosystem that surrounds you.

Around midday, you'll pause for a gourmet bush picnic, set up at a carefully chosen location that offers stunning views and tranquility. 

As the day progresses, the game drive continues, taking you deeper into the heart of the reserve. The afternoon light casts a warm glow on the landscape, providing an ideal setting for photography and further exploration. 

As the sun begins its descent, you return to Neptune Mara Rianta Luxury Tented Camp. The day's adventure concludes with the opportunity to unwind in the serene environment of your luxury tent, perhaps with a sundowner in hand, reflecting on the unforgettable moments you’ve experienced.

As the first light of dawn graces the horizon, we embark on a morning game drive at the camp's private sancuary. This early morning expedition offers a prime opportunity to witness the savannah come to life as the animals begin their day. With the guidance of our experienced guide, traverse the rugged terrain in search of elusive predators and elusive prey. 

After a thrilling morning of exploration, we return to our accommodation for breakfast. Following breakfast, prepare for a guided nature walk, offering a more intimate perspective of the bushveld. Led by our knowledgeable guide, this immersive experience allows you to connect with nature on a deeper level, as you learn about the intricate ecosystems and fascinating flora and fauna that call the conservancy home. Stroll along winding trails, pausing to observe tracks and signs left by passing wildlife, and soaking in the sights and sounds of the wilderness.

After the nature walk, you will pick up your lunch boxes Check-out.

You willl be transferred the airstrip in Masai Mara, where a scenic flight awaits to whisk us away to Nairobi Wilson Airport. 

Upon arrival at Wilson Airport, we will transport you to Jomo Kenyatta Airport or any other spot within Nairobi. This is where we’ll bid you farewell, until your next African adventure.
