Itinerary: Nairobi | Maasai Mara | Serengeti National Park | Ngorongoro Crater | Arusha

Experience East Africa’s most iconic safari destinations on a fully hosted luxury journey combining Kenya’s legendary Maasai Mara, Tanzania’s endless Serengeti plains and the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater.

Designed for just six guests, this carefully crafted itinerary combines the efficiency of East Africa’s bush flight network with the reassurance of travelling alongside an experienced African travel specialist from beginning to end. Rather than rushing between destinations, you will spend more time immersed in the wilderness, staying at exceptional safari camps in some of Africa’s finest wildlife areas.

A Hosted Journey With Like-Minded Travellers

This is an intimate small group safari created for travellers who value exceptional wildlife experiences, luxury accommodation and a more personal way of discovering Africa.

Limited to only six guests, the journey offers a relaxed and sociable atmosphere while maintaining the exclusivity, flexibility and attention to detail expected from a premium safari.

The style of travel naturally attracts mature travellers from the United Kingdom, United States, Canada and beyond who appreciate authentic experiences, outstanding hospitality and expertly planned itineraries.

Your host during the entire journey is our East Africa safari expert, originally from Kenya, with an international upringing - raised between East Africa and Europe, she  accompanies the group from arrival in Nairobi to departure in Tanzania, ensuring every aspect of the journey runs seamlessly,  while sharing her knowledge, passion and local insight.

Two Countries. One Seamless Safari.

Few safari journeys combine Kenya and Tanzania as effortlessly as this one.

By combining carefully planned bush flights with selected overland connection, we minimise long travel days and maximise time where it matters most.

Day 1 Arrival in Nairobi: Your East African Adventure Begins

Your Arrival in Nairobi - Airport Pick Up and Transfer to Hotel

Welcome to Kenya, the gateway to one of the world’s most extraordinary safari destinations.

Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO), you will be welcomed by the host, or a Go Africa Tours representative.

After clearing immigration and collecting your luggage, look out for a personalised signboard displaying your name, making your host easy to identify.

You will then be privately transferred to Kwetu Nairobi, Curio Collection by Hilton, where you can check in, relax and recover after your international journey.

Arrival transfers are arranged according to individual flight schedules. Guests arriving at similar times may share a comfortable transfer to the hotel.

Welcome Briefing & Dinner

After time to settle into your room, we will meet in the evening for a welcome briefing with your host at 7:30 pm, followed by our first dinner together at 8:00 pm.

This relaxed gathering is the opportunity to meet your fellow travellers, review the journey ahead and discuss any practical details before our safari begins.

If your international flight arrives too late to join the welcome dinner, there is no need to worry. You will receive all essential information before departure and simply meet the group the following morning in the hotel lobby at 08.30 am for the official departure.
